之前睇雜誌介紹一路都想試下個蕃茄湯底,咁啱同同事幫公司去深水埗睇野,就行過去幫襯。我地叫左個牛牛有禮 ( 頭兩個字係3隻牛為一個字,但係我揾極都揾唔到3隻牛,唯有打一隻), 慢煮麻辣雞翼,沙爹豬腩肉,紫菜墨魚丸,同墨魚腐皮蝦卷。蕃茄湯底香濃,同中上環某大牌檔有得揮,牛係扇古牛,即係閹左既牛,牛味比較濃。麻辣瑞士雞翼,麻辣同瑞士汁同出味,不過如果再麻啲更好。沙爹豬腩肉,其實真係唔係好識分慢煮唔慢煮既分別,但係由於我好鐘意食沙爹,佢個沙爹俾我一種好濃烈既李錦記沙爹醬味。炸紫菜墨魚丸同墨魚蝦卷就係平時去凍肉舖買黎打邊邊果啲。反而佢支調味麻一滴好點晴,真係堅麻。仲叫左檸檬雪梨同冷泡茶檸檬雪梨足料,但係個茶淡到同水無咩分別。以咁既價錢,食完覺得有啲貴,唔係真係果日好想食蕃茄湯底應該都唔會再食。

仲叫左檸檬雪梨同冷泡茶
檸檬雪梨足料,但係個茶淡到同水無咩分別。
以咁既價錢,食完覺得有啲貴,唔係真係果日好想食蕃茄湯底應該都唔會再食。
