星期日下午3點幾去食,人唔算好多,排左大約20分鐘,我叫左個三拍子牛$75,老公叫左個牛柳300g $115,再叫多罐雪碧$15。排隊排到門口入錢落佢部自助售賣機都買飛,之後等店員安排入座,入座時佢會比部bibi 機你,到bibi機响就可以去台前拎牛扒喇。在拎牛扒前有空檔就去自助沙律bar拎沙律、沙律醬、白飯、湯、水、冰、紙圍裙、餐具。枱上有些醬油、蒜等可以比你陣間食牛扒點的。牛扒是熱石上的,有張紙巾鋪面以免油彈出,牛本身是1成熟,用熱石的熱力將佢整熟。店鋪冇想像中咁細,都座到廿幾三十人,座位的細的,如果去食就唔好帶大背囊,因為冇位你擺,地方乾淨既,係有日式自助小店feel的。三拍子牛其實冇乜味,牛柳牛味會好少少,建議落蒜及醬油調味,成個過程幾得意既,唔會話排半個食15分鐘既感覺,店面只得一個人,唔知係因為唔夠人手或是整唔切牛扒定還是想營造個排隊既效果,就算入面有好多位佢都會要你等先比你入去;順帶一提如果你想2個人share1份牛,你是需要額外買多一份沙律,因為沙律是任食的。
