To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一般既牛角,都有分牛角Buffet(任食放題) &  逐份叫既普通牛角。而呢間牛角就係將兩樣野結合左一齊,的確幾新鮮有趣。而今次我地就選擇左食BUFFET。牛角BUFFET既質素一向都有保證,無論係牛類 (例如牛肉粒,和牛,牛舌)或係豬類(例如五花肉),都好好食。唯一我唔推薦既就係雞肉,因為無論係雞塊、雞翼都係冇乜突別,所以留肚食牛、豬好過。但係有一樣少少地都要食下,就係牛角飯啦。牛角飯既配合係好特別,首先係飯加紫菜,再加埋牛角旨鹽烤肉醬,因為佢係有獨特大蒜味的鹽味醬料,所以配合肉又好,飯又好,都非常好食。
