To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鴨皮入口即化，油而不膩，香口有鴨味。薄餅皮夠薄身（透光）且軟熟，入口唔會成口粉、有種漲口嘅感覺。配料上大同小異冇乜特別。原隻先$568，性價比算高。鴨架十食中嘅荷葉包鴨飯就可以唔使食啦，賣相唔吸引，味道淡而無味，冇荷葉香。其他小菜一般，冇乜特別好食唔好食，主要食鴨嘅話，係正嘅。叫咗4碗湯、1個涼菜、2個小菜、1隻鴨、1個荷葉飯、2個點心，再加切餅費、茶芥，加埋先$1161（有折扣），比想像中平，整體來講係抵食嘅，可以一試。
