位於31樓嘅 ALTO Bar & Grill 有格調嘅裝潢，擁有開揚無敵視野可惜當晚天氣唔好，睇唔清維港幻彩表演特別一讚服務生親切友善，食得開心又夠chill 🔶Alto Discovery Menu $688/person🔶🔅Cauliflower Vichyssoise椰菜花濃湯入面加有蟹肉亦食得到檸檬皮碎粒粒令濃湯入口更清新🔅Tuna Tartare Sando吞拿魚他他，肥美又帶少少辛辣重配搭上矜貴嘅魚子醬🔅Spring Vegetable Salad用上唔同蔬菜伴住脹卜卜嘅burrata cheese賣相一流，入面亦加入幾款堅果口感變得好有層次 🔅Wagyu Striplion7成熟和牛，圍邊燒得焦香中間仍然粉嫩，又有嚼勁伴碟嘅千層薯仔，酥脆又特別🔅Raspberry sorbet清爽口感，帶有紅桑子嘅酸甜作為pre-dessert，先清一清主菜留係口中嘅味道🔅Expresso Gelato口感非常綿密細滑，咖啡味濃郁伴住海鹽焦糖碎碎，同埋達克瓦茲食完幸福感十足
