對上一次到訪百樂小館已是多月前的事,環境雅緻舒適不用說,食品亦普遍精緻並富一定質素。今午約了友人到尖沙咀吃午飯,友人提意吃潮州菜,腦子頓時記起百樂小館,一於即興前往。未知是否餐廳地點比較隱敝,午飯時間也沒有太多人,可寧靜舒適用餐。一如其他潮州菜館,在大家忙於點菜時店員會幫忙開茶及奉上功夫茶供大家先睹為快。午市有數個套餐可供挑選,有平有貴,每款套餐也要最少二人起。碰巧我們有四個人,平貴餐勻分別點了一客二人份。優惠套餐比較簡單,前後只有三款菜式,價錢相宜,只需 $68 一位未包茶芥加一。前菜小食麻醬手撕雞(半隻),大部分雞骨早已盡去,吃起來方便。雞肉肉質十分嫩口,相信和用巧小嫩雞及慢煮浸熟烹調手法不無關係。雞絲上方加上惹味麻醬,份量剛好,亦是筆者至愛。主食玉蘭菜脯炒河,食材除玉蘭菜脯外,更有鮮蝦肉絲。炒河炒得夠鑊氣,端上時香煙四溢。河粉亦炒得夠乾爽,不黏附一起的同時亦不會很油膩。餸料鮮蝦肉質爽彈,配合玉蘭肉絲吃整體味道不俗!蠔油灼菜心是很平實的食品,更重食材質優與否。菜心用料綠嫩,食味清甜,帶爽而不覺硬,選材富質素。相比之下,商務套餐菜式選擇多一點,以小巧多樣化取勝。先來兩客精緻點心,普寧
