To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係OpenRice 見到好多好評所以決定一試星期六4點幾去唔洗等位🤩餐廳裝修係好有日本風🎏同埋入面都有幾樣玉桂狗既裝飾北海道牛奶拉麵 $90拉麵本身已經有溏心蛋同叉燒(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)奶味都濃，食落唔會太咸覺得幾好味但叉燒太肥，多過半舊都係肥膏😖拉麵屬於比較粗身，口感適中札幌味噌拉麵 $90依款拉麵湯底無太大驚喜湯底感覺好似平時自己煮麵既湯包咁ಠ_ಠ同樣都有叉燒太肥既問題🥲肉汁滿滿餃子 $42用左玉桂狗碟仔去裝 very qq😳餃子都煎得剛好，入面都有肉汁份量唔太多，同埋好似DONKI一包包既餃子咁😗海鹽芝士薯條 $28係粗薯但都炸得好脆(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)聞落好香芝士味，不過係因為芝士粉鋪面食落個薯條淡淡地無咩味好可惜～因為佢炸得岩岩好🥲可能無食到冠軍拉麵，所以整體而言都一般🥹
