To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 〰️台灣坐鐵路一定會叫份便當食😍,屋企附近仲有間主打台式便當🍱餐廳,仲比我發現了有最愛嘅台灣麵食新竹米粉。仲記得上一次疫情前去台灣嘅時候,為咗食新竹米粉,真係搭車去新竹買咗好多米粉返香港食。〰️ 平時會多叫外賣,第一次食堂食。店內開揚,不過枱與枱之間距離都比較近,感覺係有啲迫同焗促。不過都要讚讚員工做嘢好快手,無論落單上菜都好快手呢 👍 🍽 🔹紅燒湯麵拼酥炸豬扒 新竹米粉一人份量嘅紅燒湯麵,加上熱辣辣嘅酥炸豬扒,外脆內軟,每啖新竹米粉食落口好順滑,食完每啖好想再食多啖。🔹台灣鹽酥雞肉燥乾拌新竹米粉經常食湯米粉,今次亦都試吓新意思,肉燥乾拌新竹米粉,口感上肉燥精華融入到米粉當中,味道香濃,但味精又唔會太多,所以都唔會一食完要瘋狂飲水😇 鹽酥雞肉香脆可口,都油膩嘅感覺🥰🔹 碳培烏龍茶 (少甜少冰)呢一杯碳培烏龍茶,真係好大杯,我哋兩個人飲一杯都夠飲。🔍 題外話店外仲有得賣台式飲品,掛住珍珠奶茶🧋都可以去飲下呢🤔 📌 百芳池上便當 (V City) 📍屯門鄉事會路83號V City1樓L1-12號舖

一人份量嘅紅燒湯麵,加上熱辣辣嘅酥炸豬扒,外脆內軟,每啖新竹米粉食落口好順滑,食完每啖好想再食多啖。

經常食湯米粉,今次亦都試吓新意思,肉燥乾拌新竹米粉,口感上肉燥精華融入到米粉當中,味道香濃,但味精又唔會太多,所以都唔會一食完要瘋狂飲水😇 鹽酥雞肉香脆可口,都油膩嘅感覺🥰
