冬天要打邊邊,夏天亦要續繼滾~無論什麼季節、天氣都阻止不了港人對烚下恰下的熱愛!近年台式養生鍋興起,大家比從前更追求健康。我們就是被這個 棷青三黃雞鍋 吸引而來的。棷青水解渴生津、清涼退火,正好抵銷打邊爐的燥熱。湯底用上原隻雞件,三黃雞出名鮮甜味濃。在未加其他配料前先喝一碗原汁原味棷青水,湯底清甜鮮味,棷味馥郁。時間差不多,試試雞件,煮得剛好、彈牙有雞味。安格斯雪花肥牛,油花細緻地平均分布。輕輕烚一烚就已經可以,肥牛肉質鮮嫩而不油膩,令人忍不住吃完一塊再一塊。這裏的蘭花苗名字令人期待,口感跟西蘭花差不多。一口豆腐比想像中大件,豆腐金黃酥脆,咬下去有汁彈出。菜苗餃皮薄餡靚,粒粒都非常飽滿。素菜餃味道清新,與湯底很夾。魚皮分量頗多,咸蛋黃佈滿魚皮,香濃惹味。可惜多吃2塊就已經有點膩~杭菊露足料,以菊花為主,明目養肝。吃完炸魚皮立即喝一口降降溫,清暑解膩一流。烏龍麵浸軟後軟綿綿,有點像烏冬,亦有點像蒟蒻,Q彈有嚼勁。放在湯底烚一烚吸盡湯汁,滑嘟嘟的全都滑進肚子。
