To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 百芳池上便當我都食過唔止一次la，最鍾意呢度既便當有好多配菜。食個便當有種翻左台灣既感覺😚又豐富又好食，性價比極高。 1⃣️百芳豬扒便當（$61）便當配菜好豐富，有粟米、粉絲、肉碎、榨菜粒、炒菜，仲有半隻滷水蛋🤩淨係食個飯已經好滿足。豬扒切好四塊，冇骨方便食用，外皮冇炸到好脆，但係食落好入味😋 2⃣️滷肉飯便當（$55）配菜一樣係好豐富，望到都已經開心🥰冇乜汁，但係滷肉本身半肥瘦，伴埋飯食，有啲肥膏令到整體食落都唔會覺得乾，而且都幾夠味👍 3⃣️台式鹽酥雞（套餐+$28）鍾意佢地呢度既鹽酥雞，好有台灣夜市風味🤤雖然雞肉唔算特別嫩滑，但係鹽酥風味夠曬出，亦都炸得好脆。而且份量好多，冇諗過加配小食都會有咁大袋。 4⃣️夜市花枝丸（套餐+$17）有五粒，調味同鹽酥雞一樣，好香😍花枝丸大大粒幾彈牙，而且入面仲食到原粒花枝。 5⃣️茉香綠茶（跟餐）綠茶幾好飲，不過嗌左少甜都係好甜，建議大家嗌低啲既甜度。 6⃣️炭焙烏龍（跟餐）烏龍有甘香，嗌左無糖飲落好舒服好解渴😌
