身為將軍澳人,開台式火鍋店,唔係唔撐場吧!!!裝潢極居特色,仿如置身台灣的地道火鍋店一樣,對於香港人來說,簡直係當返左台灣咁,實在令人期待。湯底逐位計,鴨血、豆腐無限添加。我地選了麻辣湯底及酸菜白肉湯底。任食鴨血、豆腐但並不行貨,鴨血豆腐厚切而且索滿了麻辣湯,甚是滋味。鴨血比豆腐更令人深印象,比啫喱更煙韌、更有咬口。食肉獸來說,打邊爐必嗌牛肉!!嗌左牛小排同五花牛最愛是將牛肉輕輕淥4、5秒,略有粉紅便可進食。牛肉可以將湯汁索一索,又保持嫩滑。
