To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太安樓多野食大家都知，但原來呢到開左間小店賣台式夜市食物，有一日下午茶時間就去左試下個到既小食😋Menu有肉燥飯、伴麵、豬仔包之外，仲有平時係夜市會食到既杏飽菇、鹽酥雞扒等等，款式相當多，一次都未必食得哂自己想食既野🙈－－－－－－菜式1. 手工酥餅（芝士+肉鬆）4/5👍🏻酥餅好鬆脆，一咬第一啖，入面既餡料就爆哂出黎，肉鬆多算足料既，加埋熱溶溶既芝士，有點罪惡🤤🤤另外可以免費加沙律醬、咖哩汁、辣椒粉、紫菜粉！但我認為份量可以再大份少少，女仔都未必夠食🙈
