To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一日因為咁啱俾人放咗飛機所以同個飛去下午偷閒一下。去到尖沙咀嘅一間臺灣餐廳叫做茶木。聽就聽得多喇真係第一次先遇到。但因為剛剛嘅事情而影響咗少少胃口當然我都會保持中立去品嚐這間餐廳嘅美食。呢間餐廳舖面非常之闊落，都好光猛。衛生環境唔錯啲嘢，餐具都係乾淨嘅。都有好多職員好忙噉走嚟走去忙到不可開交去服侍啲客人。一入到去收銀員好快就用國語同我講歡迎光臨，然之後問我幾多位然後就馬上帶我入左基本上都唔使等非常之好啱哂啲心急嘅我唔會因為等位而唔耐煩。坐低睇過咩料之後我就同我朋友嗌咗一個煮菜一個小食噉就大家紛嚟食。嗰個魚肉豆腐非常彈牙同香口，滷肉飯非常夠味道d肉又彈牙d汁又夠香濃，飯嘅數量都唔錯。簡簡單單就品嚐咗臺灣最出名嘅滷肉飯，真是開心的一天哦。
