To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前已買過龍記外賣，印象不錯，今次第一次堂食。原來店內還有二樓雅座，才中午十二時，店內有大量空枱，店員叫我們搭枱，沒理她，選了一張空枱坐下。點了四寶飯，有义燒、燒肉、油雞、紅腸和半隻咸蛋。义燒帶骨，骨多過肉，但味道不錯。燒肉皮很脆，可是只有兩件。油雞合格。紅腸刀功麻麻，有些是厚切，有些又薄。半隻咸蛋的蛋黃不夠油潤，我上㳄來在樓下買外賣好吃的，今次起碼扣20分。叧一碟雙併飯，燒腩雙併油雞，合格。下次會試一些懷舊菜，如金錢雞、鴨腳紥。
