嗌外賣唔係個個都係送去屋企,如果冇工具提供,點解唔夾開少少個蟹腳,等啲客容易啲食,$162一碗烏冬,主打就係隻蟹腳,但偏偏食唔到,堂食都話可以問職員借鉸剪啫,依㗎對住個蟹腳好無奈!咁我打電話去餐廳,想知道點解唔夾開小小個殻先出外賣,第一次打去有職員同意退款,其後反口,佢叫我自己諗辦法食隻蟹腳,佢哋係無提供工具,又話出咗order,點先食到個責任唔喺佢到,一向都咁樣出貨,師傅話不嬲都唔會夾開個蟹腳,如果堂食我明白,賣相會靚啲,但依家係外賣,如果你做唔到令到個客容易啲食個蟹腳,點解仲要放喺外賣menu?
