To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

吃不膩的豐富下午茶

以前吸引我一次又一次回去的是三文魚頭湯，現在是豐富的下午茶選擇。每次必選蒸蛋，熱辣辣，滑溜溜，還有大大粒的帶子，食完成肚暖笠笠好舒服😌壽司拼盤有多種生熟的不同選擇，但我現在盡量少吃生嘢，所以選了幾乎都是熟食的拼盤。上面都用火輕燒過，入口暖暖的，一口一個大滿足。最愛啖啖肉的蟹柳和甜甜的蛋壽司。芝士薯條是第一次試，熱辣辣新鮮出爐，沾上芝士醬，絕配。吃過不少分店，還是比較喜歡淘大這間的出品。想起好多年前在尖沙嘴的分店，和愛吃壽司的朋友吃了數十碟，兩人數盤子的時候忍不住相視而笑，美好溫暖的回憶。
