To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 綠色, 令人感到和平、平靜, 吃一頓飯懷著這個心情就對了, 雖然這陣子的心情因工作安排而壞透, 但真的要從工作中抽離, 不能在私人生活上傷春悲秋.近門口位置是high chair, 有點像café的格調, 坐在這裏與朋友碰碰杯, 會是相當愉快吧~幾杯陳列的雞尾酒已把我吸引過來.步入餐廳中央, 是比較適合大夥兒聚會的. 三角拱型的假屋頂, 營造出帶時尚風的小草舍.Greenhouse的菜式是較fusion, 而且每款都令人有興趣去試, 實在有點難選擇啊~ 先來一杯 Lychee rose twist , 是荔枝玫瑰味的冰茶, 荔枝味不會太罐頭或過甜, 清澈的茶當中滲透出清幽的玫瑰味, 兩款味道頗平衡.雞翼迷必點的青檸香茅雞翼配秘制森巴醬, 雖然只得四隻, 但確實是炸得香脆, 最抵讚是秘制森巴醬, 微辣的令味蕾跳動起來.雞翼炸得夠鬆化而肉汁仍在, 淨吃已經夠味, 但不沾不過癮嘛, 森巴醬彷彿有著魔力啊~主菜方面很有特式~ 看到menu上寫著泰式炒墨汁面配溫泉旦 就有想像過是甚麼樣子. 碟上的青檸、辣椒碎和花生碎, 賣相有點像泰式炒金邊粉. 未把溫泉旦拌入面前, 麵條較硬身, 味道沒有太突出

把櫻花蝦和花生碎放在溫泉旦上, 把平凡變得不平凡. 溫泉蛋正正是這碟麵條的醬汁, 把麵條的硬身的口感改變過來, 頓時變得濕潤易入口, 有時醬汁的確是靈魂所在.

甜品我們點了推介的椰王雪葩 配瑪利布甜酒 , 以石窩冰鎮椰王, 當然是冰感十足! 不過椰果冰得太硬, 影響口感, 反而雪葩是很好吃.
