今晚約咗幾個好閨蜜,一行四個人去咗粉嶺嘅龍手工涮涮鍋吃火鍋。之前有朋友試過喺龍手工涮涮鍋食過呢個東方美人湯底,話不錯。😃東方美人湯底最主要嘅成分係有:三黃雞,桃膠,花膠,竹笙,蟲草花等湯料真係非常之豐富呀!有好多花膠及桃膠首先我哋唔放任何嘅食材落去火鍋中,因為我哋要品嚐呢個花膠湯底嘅味道啦,覺得非常之鮮甜。娃娃菜又夠新鮮,又夠入味雞髀菇 及油麥菜小食店是用原條雞髀菇切切片上,雞髀菇又爽又彈牙油麥菜新鮮。點左手打墨魚丸和蝦丸。因為係手打嘅關係都係比較彈牙,味道不錯。吃火鍋點少得有炸響鈴呀呢度嘅炸響鈴是店家自製大大條放入鍋中涮一涮,好味道又有花膠味,又爽脆。點了個椒鹽鮮魷啦,味道剛好啦,不會太濃烈,不會太鹹,又爽又彈牙,好味道薑汁炒芥蘭炒得青青綠綠好好味冬瓜薏米水不甜又解暑越南蔗蝦香濃的蝦味滋味無窮再沾上泰式辣醬更加美味最後主角出現:美國安格斯肥牛,手切封門柳肥牛及手切prime 肥牛,那種入口一咬多汁的香甜牛肉 ,令人一口又一口,肥瘦適中的脂肪,更添美味。

東方美人湯底最主要嘅成分係有:
