今天來到離我公司遠一點的花都廣場吃午餐,走到廣場盡頭有一間名叫‘’魚眾不同’’的餐廳,鋪面面積在這商場也算很大。我點了一個老壇酸菜鱸魚薯粉配黑木耳和豆腐皮。它的味道是酸辣爽口的組合。酸菜辣椒提供了微妙的酸辣味,平衡了鱸魚的平淡。鱸魚鮮嫩美味,搭配黑木耳和豆腐皮,增加了層次感。湯底味道亦恰到好處,薯粉的質地非常軟綿,口感柔軟而彈牙,能夠將配料的湯汁充分吸收和再次展現了食材的味道。另外還點了一個花膠雞湯米粉,花膠很軟滑,雞亦很鮮嫩並配合了香濃的湯底,雞湯是這道湯粉的靈魂所在。米粉吸收了濃郁的湯汁使每一口都充滿了滿滿的滋味。
