To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

諗唔到食咩既話，通常都係食米線。我都係譚仔常客，因為梗有一間係你附近！銅鑼灣分店一向多人。而今日唔算特別人多，但係勁勁勁慢！由落單到碗米線係我面前，等左差不多25分鐘！！我叫的只係三餸清湯⋯⋯魚腐生菜腩肉，全部都唔好食！！生菜都可以唔好食？因為硬到好似無煮過，腩肉有陣唔識形容既怪味，而清湯係無味的！譚仔既品質控制有待改善！

魚腐生菜腩肉，全部都唔好食！！生菜都可以唔好食？因為硬到好似無煮過，腩肉有陣唔識形容既怪味，而清湯係無味的！
