東海堂嘅合桃蛋白拿破崙蛋糕同一般千層酥皮製成嘅拿破崙好唔同,佢由兩層軟綿綿嘅海綿蛋糕夾住一層澎湃嘅合桃同薄薄嘅忌廉,蛋糕面撒上一層滿滿蛋白脆同糖霜,比較似傳統港式西餅嘅做法。合桃真係好足料,海綿蛋糕非常鬆軟,選用嘅忌廉夾層亦唔算太甜,配牛奶咖啡就好適合喇,而且一整條只係20蚊,好抵食嫁。
