To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行六人食午餐落單時侍應表現少少不耐煩,我地直接同佢講個餐既號碼,由於有啲嘈就問佢其中一樣野有無寫到,佢嘆左一口氣之後先重複佢寫左啲咩。落單期間佢兩度撳住個walkie認真聽,又好嚴肅咁回覆對面,唔肯定佢係咪因為有其他事要處理所以態度麻麻地。野食係上得幾快,但個松葉蟹蒸蛋有唔新鮮蟹味,啲烏冬湯好淡埋單時無提醒我地電子支付有九折,白白比多左一百蚊(不過我地自己都有責任)最後其中一個食左海鮮烏冬既同事番到公司肚痾左兩次,其他人分別食魚生丼飯、牛肉烏冬同銀鱈魚西京燒都無事,咁一定係啲海鮮有問題結論:食物唔新鮮、CP值低、空氣唔流通—可以唔洗黎食
