To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同區之中比較值得支持的冰室

早前寫了一篇九龍灣"四X冰室"，今日寫同區另一間冰室，叫九龍冰室。自從沒幫襯"四X冰室"後，便開始試下其他餐廳，包括呢間九龍冰室。試過佢地既常餐，蕃茄湯底的味道與另一間不同，會較少少酸同香草味，但感覺較新鮮同住家feel。炒蛋味道ok,但始終不及"四X"好味。雖然如此，但他們的服務勝過"四X"好幾倍，不會有討厭既趕客行為。呢個亦都係我地一班同事至今繼續幫襯的原因。
