To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 禮拜日難得一家人都得閒,於是就去左飲茶,下午茶時段2點開始入座,我地大約2點05分到達,去到都只係等左2分鐘左右(等個帶位阿姐行出黎)。落左單之後,某啲食物好快就上菜。紅燒乳鴿會係我大力推薦既菜式,咬落肉汁好夠,唔似平時其他地方既乳鴿太油太乾,下午茶市都只係19蚊有2隻,十分抵食。鮮蝦菜苗餃亦都係另一個唔錯既點心,可能係而家冬天,菜苗當造,食落啲菜苗好香口。塊皮亦都好薄好滑,夾既時候要小心啲,好易夾爛。唯一有啲小小負評就係佢「鮮蝦」既份量太少,每隻餃得一粒蝦仔(感覺係將一隻蝦切粒,分左入4隻餃咁 =.=)蝦餃,正常發揮,令人感動既係終於食到一隻完整既蝦!! 山竹牛肉球:牛肉落喼汁好食,不過食到啲枝竹有少少怪味,阿媽話可能係縮左,所以最後我地無食哂啲枝竹。
古綿馬拉糕:鬆軟香甜,好食!
香麻流沙包:一開始睇錯左以為係「奶皇包」,原來係「芝麻包」,不過都好食,芝麻香甜,咬落包度真係有流沙既口感。

本來點左個蘿蔔糕,但食哂所有點心,茶壺既水都飲埋,等多15分鐘都係無黎,於是最後出去埋單嗰時取消番個點單。

Other Info. : 有加一,茶位每位8蚊(下午茶市),感覺樓面唔係好夠服務員,有時想叫人都無人,要等好一陣。
