一位係香港住左幾年既法籍朋友決定返返去佢既老家法國發展,約左同佢食餐踐行飯,我仲突登揀左間中菜餐廳,因為佢返去法國之後就未必再咁易有機會食到好味價錢又唔貴既中菜ga啦。專食上海菜上海婆婆有好多分店,我以前都成日同屋企人食佢係屯門既分店。但Li間係「上海婆婆家336」,比普通既上海婆婆Young d,好似餐廳就裝潢得有東方特色得黎又幾Modern,一D都唔會覺得老套,我位朋友黎到都話好中意!而且位置係ISquare入面,交通夠哂方便啦。冰鎮醉黃油雞 $82見係Farewell飯,今餐全部由朋友發板,佢見到有咩想食想試都俾佢任叫(但當然我都有俾D意見既)對我黎講食上海菜既代表菜式入面一定有醉雞份。Li到既既醉雞直頭會仲用碎冰冰鎮住上枱,確保客人食既時候雞肉仍然係最冰凍既狀態,涼浸浸咁真係好岩夏天食!雞肉既肉質非常嫩滑,仲將花雕酒索哂入去,雖然雞肉味唔算好濃,但每一啖都有陣陣濃郁既花雕酒既酒香。而調味既份量亦控制得幾好,酒味濃郁之餘又唔會令雞肉食落有酒既苦味,用黎做頭盤真係最適合不過!蜜汁火腿 $102外藉朋友一睇到Menu上面Li款菜式既圖就已經話好有興趣要試,除左主角蜜汁火腿,另外仲有蒸

食既時候就跟住個人喜好,將以上既食材放係蒸包皮上面,
然後用包皮夾住全部餡料一齊食就可以。
火腿已經沾滿蜜汁,味道甜蜜得黎又帶有有桂花既清香,
配合埋清新既青瓜同淡味既蒸包皮咁食可以平衡返火腿既甜膩,
而脆卜卜既炸腐皮令整體既口感層次更豐富!
係一道非常有中國特色既滋味菜式,
我既外藉朋友都食到讚不絕口!

小籠包就聽得多,咁大隻既一個就真係要改名叫佢做「大」籠包!
佢既Size足足有成個蒸籠咁大,比較難Share黎食,
好似灌湯餃咁一人食一個就岩岩好啦!
外皮好薄身,透到見到入面既湯汁,
搖下個籠個包會盪盪下咁好得意呢!
店員會俾支飲管你插入去吸湯汁黎飲,
但湯汁真係好熱,咁樣吸黎飲其實真係非常易辣親嘴,
所以大家唔好太心急,要小心D慢慢飲啊!
肉餡其實份量不多,都係以飲佢既湯汁為主,
味道方面同一般小籠包差不多,湯汁清得黎都幾有肉鮮味,
但又唔算好特別,整體黎講不過不失,
而且價錢都偏貴,試一次就夠,
但未試過既話就可以叫返次既。

同法國人講食甜品真係會有D擔心,
畢竟要講全球最識整同食甜品既民族,佢地唔係第一都一定入硬頭三名,
為左唔想揀錯甜品,我決定問下店員意見,
佢話必試高力豆沙,好,一於信你試一試Li款中式Souffle啦!
高力豆沙每個都大大隻,賣相幾吸引,
粉糰暖立立,質感好軟熟,
表面既糖霜為佢增添一點甜味。

另外再叫左Li款南瓜餅竟然幾有驚喜!
一碟有四粒小金球,上面仲撒上棷絲,賣相一流!
我食過既南瓜餅入面其實無邊個真係會食到有好濃既南瓜味,
Li次都一樣食唔出有南瓜味,
但剛炸起既南瓜餅夠熱,外層香脆而入面就帶點煙糯,口感非常好!

包住既微甜既豆沙餡味道亦都好夾,
比起香蕉高力豆沙,我個人更中意Li款甜點!
而且佢細細一粒食多D都唔怕膩滯,
我同朋友每人兩粒一下子就食哂啦!

我既朋友同我都覺得今餐水準幾高,
而值得一讚既係店員們既服務態度都好好,好肯幫手推介菜式,
又主動用英文同我既朋友溝通,令佢都食得好開心,
下次再同朋友係尖沙咀食飯我都會再提議黎Li到!
