To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不同傳媒報導過坤記手打竹昇麵。從來未幫襯過卻有一份好感!手製品已買少見少了。看到坤記做團購便訂二份,晚上急不及待煮了三個幼麵來吃,按指示水滾放麵煮一分鐘,可是半分鐘後每個麵餅祗是散開外邊一半左右中心位就算用對筷子都拆不散。如是者煮了幾個一分鐘每個中心重淨下約一吋立方實心麵球,怕再煮下去D麵會斕所以算數。用刀切開個麵心,橫切面看不到麵條而是一舊麵漿,我諗煮多一粒鐘都唔化!麵味不過已已,唔會令人翻食。最重要我懷這批麵未必是手壓(1)麵餅中間是麵漿可能是麵條未乾透便去切成麵餅,人手製有手感知遒乾濕。(2)25號是首天取貨,應該忙于生產,我見店前工作台空空如也,著白衫個師傅好遊閒,照計手做麵存放期短要密密做,無理由早幾曰已做好依幾曰D貨,咪唔夠新鮮?另外麵餅雖有膠盒裝著,但用紙盒盛著一批膠盒麵放在店外地上,報紙都無張遮個面,D沙塵好易走入D麵度。實心麵都係第一次食!
