To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次來lunch , 點咗以下招牌點心:酥皮焗义燒包: 又咸又甜,食唔到义燒,唔好吃,最差!蝦餃: 不過不失鳳爪排骨飯: 唔錯,鲍汁鳳爪好味白滑腸粉: ok滑,但冇醬料點,只有soya source, 寡D囉蘿蔔糕: 雖然油咗些,但味道可以由於等位時已選好點心表,所以一座低不用三分鐘,已上點心,食完即走,似食快餐多D,如冇必要,应该都唔会再來食了!
