To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近期在Lunch 在灣仔開飯。 因為小弟都幾有「食力」，驚唔夠飽，所以竟然連依間咁出名ge米線都未食過，慚愧! 今次有個女同事提意去，故成行。因為去到已經成點，超多人! 而且譚仔安排座位ge方法都幾唔 fair 吓，人少早到未必早有位! 身為男人當然唔多計較，但係Lunch時間少，加上見人「遲來先上岸」，故令提議去果個女同事「火都黎埋」 小弟亦插嘴加左句:「唔明點解賣米線可以咁好生意! 」等左20分鐘先有位。 腩肉牛肉貢丸清湯米線 ---------- 嘩 好好味呀! 有人話食野最高境界係「原味」，我好同意，依間平平無奇ge店竟然做到! d 料係自由組合的，三款都唔錯，個人最欣賞「牛肉」! 連我句格言:「牛肉平價冇好」譚仔都打破埋 之前等咁耐都當堂冇計啦 另外，碗野份量都好足吓，男仔都夠飽! 一定會番尋味!
