To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 觀塘新開人氣歌車仔麵，就近原則抱住一試無妨的心態。結果大失所望$49小寶油麵，湯底好好好油以為嗌咗唔辣嘅麻辣火鍋，平時我都會食麻辣火鍋、五花腩，唔怕肥膩都頂唔住。。。不過蒜味好重，少返啲油應該會好啲。陳皮魚蛋好硬但唔係彈牙，食唔到陳皮味，因為湯底掩蓋咗。豬紅不過不失。唯一大腸可取，乾淨冇異味，鹵汁入味。油麵正常。裝修、服務、環境，全部中上。食品水準希望只係因為新開運作未順暢，所以未如理想，不過短期內都唔會想再試。
