To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

女友話呢間餐廳好出名架,D魚蛋好好食架聽人講.......咁又不妨同佢去見識見識...28號1點30左右到達,門外已經排緊隊喎,排隊中聽到D人都係話呢度D魚蛋好好食,攪到我都有D心急想食添,等了約10分鐘就有位喇,裡面地方都幾大架,全以6人圓檯為主,都唔係話太迫,樓面落單都好清楚同快手點了以下食物:1.魚蛋河$19(魚蛋魚味好淡,亦不夠爽口彈牙,湯底淡但都算有鮮味,但碗太細,湯太少,河粉食到一半已經由湯河變成撈河了)2.紫菜四寶$30 有豬肉丸(幾鮮味),魚皮餃(皮幾爽,肉亦不太咸),墨魚丸(幾爽口彈牙但冇乜墨魚味),魚蛋(魚味好淡,亦不夠爽口彈牙),紫菜(配合湯底味道不錯,亦冇沙)3.腐乳通菜$14(算幾大碟,菜亦碌得剛好,菜新鮮有菜味,個腐乳醬亦調教得幾好)總結食物就一般,冇大驚喜,尤其招牌魚蛋就令我倆比較失望,招呼唔錯,食物點了好快就到,不過要食好魚蛋就不一定會再來這裡了埋單合共$63

1.魚蛋河$19(魚蛋魚味好淡,亦不夠爽口彈牙,湯底淡但都算有鮮味,但碗太細,湯太少,河粉食到一半已經由湯河變成撈河了)
