連續幾晚的黃雨,今晚很幸運沒有出現人龍,終於係呢一晚有機會到熱哄哄的蔡瀾。餐廳有二層,我們走上了上層二樓。越南牛肉粉 $68可選兩款配料湯用了大量的牛骨,味道濃郁多飲也不覺味精,讚!貝殼牛肉丸很彈牙,果然沒選錯,而金錢腱也很有咬口,至於河粉很滑溜,而且是無限添加,但本小姐一碗已經很足夠了。黃金蝦餅$78好大塊的蝦餅,外脆不油膩,蝦味十足,但略嫌有點簿身,若能做厚身,相信口感會更好更彈牙。越式蒸粉卷$48還是第一次食這款小食,皮簿而餡有肉碎、冬菇、蝦米等,外皮很簿,入口很滋味榴槤雪糕$38香滑的榴槤雪糕,味道濃郁,但配了士多啤梨味道不配,一點也不夾,而杯底的蛋糕粒也許是想把溶掉的雪糕也吸收,但還是簡簡單單的淨雪糕較為好
