To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 3個朋友搵地方聚腳，就揀咗希慎裡面嘅habitu,諗住靜靜地，可以傾吓計。3個人，叫咗綠茶蛋糕、扁意粉、pancake. 侍應話朱古力好味，就叫多杯朱古力。首先，上菜係慢的, 我地起碼等咗3-4個字先有第一個cake，其他嘢大約25分鐘先上齊。我個熱情果pancake賣相幾好，食咗去都ok嘅，係甜，但唔算好漏啦。朋友個貝殼扁意粉都合格，d意粉硬硬地得來有少少煙靭感覺，幾好「趙」。杯朱古力我覺得唔係好合格，苦得over 咗，可能太濃，攪落去個底仲有d唔少粉未溶。同埋我覺得個環境有d焗促。坐得耐有d暈。
