To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

六點幾已食完晚飯，九點多行過附近剛好見到門口招牌寫住馳名牛腩牛什享譽三十載見有少少餓，於是被吸引入去我就叫了一碗牛腩雲吞河另外加一杯凍檸茶三至四分鐘內到都幾大碗雲吞有兩粒雲吞正常咁，無乜特別牛腩望落都吾少聞到河粉有少許花招八角香味但係全部都係太瘦部份少許脂肪都無而且仲有些係邊位，雖然炆得好淋除了得八角香味，就食吾到肉味口感上真的太鞋口，認真麻麻有幾片鞋到硬柴柴，就係果啲邊位河粉算是一般般湯底亦無乜特別，感覺有些微味精呢餐感覺失望，好似名過於實凍檸花亦都係一般舖面吾算大環境算乾淨幾張四人枱而沒有卡位坐椅全部用圓木實心櫈服務一般
