To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於都等到放假，好感動～今日再戰元氣，目標係試食期間限定吞拿魚壽司今次有三款既：避風塘吞拿魚壽司，忌廉芝士醬油辣蒜吞拿魚壽司同芝士春卷。對芝士春卷無太大既興趣，試左其餘兩款～避風塘吞拿魚：呢個口味真係幾新奇但幾好食，辣辣地，個炸蒜同吞拿魚好夾，好香～所以食左幾件。忌廉芝士醬油辣蒜吞拿魚：同頭先嗰碟相比，呢一碟就冇咁好食，但都唔差～可以一試其他固定餐牌有既都有食下，隻蠔唔當造了～縮晒水，都係留返冬天食啦澳洲牛次次都好大件，好治癒～蟹肉蟹膏就好似迎排先有？表現正常～其他都每樣一碟啦，質素穩定～間間鋪差不多～
