To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前陣子poke興起，到處都開了很多poke的餐廳，但無論是食物還是環境個人始終最喜歡peek-a-poke🤣 這裡是先坐下填紙，再交到收銀處&俾錢，然後就可以坐著等店員送餐了～吞拿魚 | 壽司飯+沙律菜 | 青瓜+番茄+香菇 | 山葵乳酪醬 | 紫菜絲+木魚絲💰98Tuna, sushi rice + salad, cucumber + tomatoes + mushroom, wasabi yoghurt, nori + bonito•色彩繽紛滿滿的一碗也太吸睛了吧!!•吞拿魚大粒厚切，大概有10粒，當中有一兩粒有少少筋，不過不影響味道•值得一提香菇有兩種! (見後圖😹)•山葵乳酪醬是店鋪的其中一款招牌醬，挺有特色，wasabi & 乳絡比例大概60:40，但攻鼻程度比想象中嚴重，所以自己麻麻地🥲不過大家不介意的話應該會喜歡～ (下次應該會選果仁芝麻醬/上次試過的鰹魚醬油)發現希雲街真的超多餐廳，港式日式西式都有，最多人排隊的算是榮式燒雞扒/富山面家，平日中午去到Peek-A-Poke就不太多人，所以食物也很快送到了👍🏼
