鹽燒葫鯛
第一次食呢隻魚,用了一夜干呢個方法處理,一夜干係日本北海道漁夫發明的嘅一個保存魚嘅方法,先將鮮魚剖開、清除內臟,再浸泡响與海水濃度近似的鹽水中,再風乾一夜,咁條魚嘅肉味仲可以保持鮮香,而且肉質更結實,呢條魚就完全做到,亦由於係鹽燒,所以已經好入味,唔點汁都已經好夠味

松葉蟹腳 加咗$100 整粥
煲粥嘅工具送到枱上,店員立即問我哋有咩要求,要唔要蔥,粥嘅濃杰,然後就開始煮,先放蟹腳及蟹身,煮熟上碟,真係好鮮甜,然後再加入餘下嘅蟹肉、煲一陣,加蛋,熄火,再加蔥,我同朋友都喜歡比較杰嘅粥,佢哋煮到我哋嘅要求,仲好鮮甜,好鮮甜,完全保存咗蟹肉嘅鮮甜,珍珠米亦好咬口。

上一次去係坐 BAR 枱,店員就响你旁邊燒,仲可以同店員交流吓,今次坐咗另一邊,中間有一張大枱比店員做濱燒,餐枱就圍住呢張枱,雖然無得交流,不過可以同朋友傾吓計,離開時身上亦都無燒烤味,我就覺得第一次去可以坐BAR 枱,可以聽多些食材嘅介紹,之後去就可以按自己喜好去選擇

大部分餐廳都無播放音樂,日本餐廳就然係播日文歌,呢間都係播日文歌,最特別嘅係呢到所播嘅日文歌就算你唔識都會有熟識嘅感覺,好自然會跟往唱佢嘅廣東話或者普通話版,最驚喜嘅係居然有BEYOND嘅海闊天空,一問之下,原來係其中一位店員諗出來,真係好有心思!
