呢間餐廳開始越來越多分欠,今次嚟到俾俗稱為美食沙漠嘅馬鞍山,居然有佢👍🏻梅壽司盛合一盤有十二款:縞鰺、墨魚、海膽、松葉蟹爪、牡丹蝦、玉子、吞拿魚、大拖羅、油甘魚、平目魚、真鯛、帆立貝。完全包攬晒我最喜歡嘅刺身種類。墨魚爽身;大拖羅油份澎湃,可以放尾段品嚐;牡丹蝦帶點黏口;帆立貝鮮甜;松葉蟹肉鹹香實淨;縞鰺魚脂充分;平目魚透白,口感細緻。👍🏻原條星鰻壽司盛盒一共八件壽司,最為奪目一定係長長肉身嘅星鰻,燒得香香甜甜不帶幼骨;左口魚更食到滿腔油香;火炙三文魚極度肥美;炙燒佐賀和牛壽司顏色粉嫩,食落比較生但口感好軟。👍🏻串燒分別叫左鹽燒牛舌同白鱔。牛舌絕對係小編嘅終極推介,爽口得黎又夠厚度,點上芥末醬更為解膩;白鱔外皮香脆,肉質爽滑,沾上柚子醋亦係絕配。👍🏻壽司額外點上特盛蟹肉蟹膏軍艦、炙燒魚背壽司、炸軟殼蟹手卷、吉列蝦飯卷。軍艦嘅蟹膏完全滿瀉,入口甘飴;炸完嘅軟殼蟹非常酥脆,毫不油膩,脆身嘅紫菜打完卡就要即刻食啦;魚背壽司油份最重,特別滋味。吉列蝦飯卷捲得實淨,食落有脆卜卜嘅口感(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)👍🏻日本岩蠔餐廳亦都有一個時令餐牌,當日有豊洲直送嘅日本岩蠔,蠔肉飽滿,食落有非常重身又夠濃厚嘅礦物
