To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

員工態度同食物都有待改善

同層嘅餐廳都提早閂門，只有呢間仲營業就選擇左呢間。本來想叫套餐，然後店員指套餐甜品冇晒蛋糕，只有鳳梨酥，好失望。於是打算唔跟餐，單叫主食（而個款主食其實一般餐牌上面都有）但店員就有點晦氣咁話頭先已經講左冇蛋糕啦。（可能係咪大家表達同溝通有啲問題...）最後叫左個手作麵...... 上面個魚都算大舊，但味道比較淡.... 個青汁味道比較特別，唔識形容係邊種調味.......但上面啲松子仁都係唔脆嘅另外叫左個芝心雞翼，雞翼就夠熱而且味道都唔差可能準備閂門，抺左地，地下有點滑，要小心行走
