To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 美麗華呢間牛角應該係我食過最舒服，服務最好嘅一間分店因為呢間舖樓底高，抽風系統都做得好，入去基本上無嘜油煙味，而且呢度職員執碟都好快手，出面自助區都好乾淨，食得好舒服可能今晚係平日，唔係好多人，落左單基本上一分鐘內就出菜俾你，我地有一碟牛肋肉好靭，收碟個時叫職員收左淨低個兩舊，我哋都唔係投訴或者有要求換，點知好快就有個應該係經理嘅男仔，好有禮貌咁拎左兩舊新嘅肉過嚟應該係收碟嘅員工有同經理反映有客人有咁嘅意見，之後經理就解釋點解之前個兩舊會韌啲，其實我哋當時都已經食飽，不過經理好誠懇咁話新嘅兩舊部位會好啲，叫我哋再試下如果再有咩問題可以揾返佢，成個過程都係有禮而令人覺得受尊重，而事實上佢送黎個兩舊又真係軟淋啲今時今日嘅香港，好需要有呢啲良好嘅服務質素去留住客人，下一次食燒肉我都一定會想再黎美麗華牛角
