一班四個人根據朋友嘅推薦,前往一間新開咗嘅潮州餐廳試食,其中一位係知名潮州行政總廚。我哋喺晚上八時半到達,唔洗等位就即刻入座,餐廳一直營業到凌晨三時。店面明亮,有櫃檯陳列各種美食。瀏覽櫃檯食品後,我哋坐低睇菜單。服務員建議我哋喺櫃檯訂餐,因為有啲每日特色可能唔係菜單度列出嚟。不過,我哋決定先睇下菜單,了解多啲佢哋嘅供應。我哋揀咗大約十樣菜式,不過被告知有大約六樣已賣晒或唔再有(新開嘅餐廳常見情況)。因此,我哋訂咗四樣菜,總價少過七百蚊:四拼盤、炸豆腐、青菜同迷你魚。雖然我哋覺得價錢有啲偏高,考慮到小份量同味道,我哋嘅潮州行政總廚讚揚咗迷你魚菜式,話呢種食材喺香港唔常見。當我哋再次走去櫃檯考慮訂多啲嘢食嘅時候,我哋發現吸引人嘅選擇有限,可能係因為我哋用餐時間比較晚或者熱門嘅菜式已經賣晒。因此,我哋再加咗幾樣菜式,包括苦瓜五花肉煲同炒河粉。我哋嘅廚師想睇下佢哋係咪真係煮得地道,睇下苦瓜係煮軟定係脆。不過,苦瓜五花肉煲嚟嘅時候同菜式描述同相片完全唔同。查詢後,好多位服務員嚟到我哋枱邊,試圖證明差異,但係係徒勞嘅,因為菜式明顯同預期唔同。炒河粉亦令人失望,無咗炒鑊氣。有啲女服務員非常友善,當我
