真係唔好講笑,每個人真都有惰性,我當然唔例外啦~ 尋日先講完掛住睇波無時間煮飯,點知今日又係同屋企人掛住睇波,所以都係無時間買餸,不過唔緊要啦,好又一餐唔好又一餐,求其食的野啦~ 今日趁放早,早啲係附近睇下有啲乜嘢可以今晚食,其實有時喺街買小菜都真係幾抵,返去淨係煲少少飯咁就一餐~ 揸車經過屋企附近見到有間燒味舖,諗諗下都有一段時間無乜點樣食燒味,所以口痕都想食返餐,下午茶時間人流都唔係好多啱晒我慢慢揀,求其泊咗架車之後,就走去問個師傅有啲咩好介紹,佢話:「燒味、燒鵝同埋鹽焗雞都比較多人食。」 對於食肉獸嘅我,當然唔會放過啦,同埋呢啲燒味可以放多一、兩日,咁嗌多少少都無所謂啦,見到佢掛起啲燒鵝又真係幾靚,既然咁首先要咗一份燒鵝上庄,上庄因為啖啖肉有口感,所以就最啱我。之後諗住嗌半隻切雞,不過師傅話鹽焗雞剛剛出爐熱辣辣可以試下,既然咁講梗係試下啦,食得燒味當然唔少得要埋叉燒啦,見佢啲叉燒都燒得幾靚,咁就要試下啦。以前年青時候間中會去中環X記食佢個肥燶叉,不過人大咗驚膽固醇超標唯有忍下口,最後要咗半肥瘦就算。臨俾錢嗰陣時見到凍櫃入面都有啲小食,有海蜇、泰式鳳爪同埋手撕雞,本身我都想要埋手撕

返到去第一時間就梗係影下相俾屋企人睇下啱唔啱食先啦,回覆居然全部都買得啱~~~ 呵呵呵~ 咁開心既時間自己都唔小心偷食一、兩嚿,味道果然係燒鴨嘅價錢,燒鵝嘅質素,抵到爛!!! 點解咁講,首先試個鹽焗雞時仲熱辣辣,嚿雞髀肉勁香既鹽焗味
