星期天是一個令人想好好休養生息的日子,特別是想睡多一點、吃好一點,近月來Sunday Brunch的盛行,正好滿足了在下這等懶人。位處銅鑼灣的Edo & Bibo Oyster & Steak House,地點真的方便,跟朋友來個星期天午間小叙,真是令人心情開朗。餐前先在沙律吧取來少許前菜,焯露筍、煙鴨胸及煙三文魚都是不錯的選擇,用來等朋友消磨時間最好。如果覺得單調,何不來一杯即榨的甘筍汁?整個Sunday Brunch就由Seafood Platter開始,份量真的不少,半隻波士頓龍蝦、生蠔、翡翠螺及藍貝;龍蝦肉質爽甜彈牙;生蠔很新鮮,就算不灑檸檬汁都已經滿有鮮味;翡翠螺夠大隻,又有嚼口;藍貝就肉質嫩滑,總之就是一個有水準的海鮮盤。即煎的Hash Brown很地道,洋蔥絲與薯絲的夾雜,充滿了香味,微脆的口感,令這道小食更吸引,真的會令人吃過不停。蘑菇湯打得夠幼滑,蘑菇味夠香濃,再澆上松露油,令味道更幽香,不錯。一向喜歡牛肉他他,拌和蛋漿,更加充分表現出牛肉嫩滑的質感,Beef Tartare with Italian Black Truffle雖然加入了黑松露,但個人始終對原始的味道

Yuan-yang Scrambled Egg所謂鴛鴦,其實是白松露跟海膽,用來配搭炒蛋,前者蛋香跟松露的幽香是絕配,而且質感滑溜;後者把原塊海膽混和炒蛋,似乎味道不太突出,不過把炒蛋放在麥包上吃,又多了一分麥香,很有田園風味。

Foie Gras Mousse Wagyu Beef Burger用鵝肝慕絲來配襯漢堡,夠邪惡了吧?軟滑如綿的感覺,與粗獷的牛肉夾雜,咬落滿有嚼口,肉汁不俗,如果牛油的比例可以更多一點就更好。

Black Truffle & Avocado Eggs Benedict是一個多變的組合,把黑松露塗上牛油果面,然後放在法包上,吃起來有著多重的口感,層次分明,香味更是誘人;Eggs Benedict上面放了金萡,反而沒有English Muffin,質感亦比水波蛋結實,而荷蘭汁另上,看來是一個變奏,一剖開見有溜心,其實已經合格。

French Yellow Chicken選用脾位,烤得皮脆,而皮下脂肪很薄,所以雞味比較輕,部份肉地比較結實,用蘿蔔條來去油膩感又幾新鮮。

Classic Lasagne原pan上,很重口味的感覺,芝士、牛肉及蕃茄更加是經典組合,值得大家一試。

再以一杯香濃的咖啡來壓軸,生活就是在指掌間溜走,何不好好把握這片刻的時光?
