呢間餐廳都唔係第一次去㗎喇,原來對上一次去已經係2021年😂連廚師都已經換埋!本身菜單就得三道菜啦,當然再要加多一兩樣佢哋嘅signature 菜式. 加咗蘑菇湯,帶子同埋龍蝦,另外兩杯白酒,最後加多兩杯double espresso☺️服務員其實態度好好,原本安排畀我坐嗰張枱比較窄😅同佢講完即刻就換咗一張寬敞啲嘅枱畀我啦仲要係景觀好啲嘅👍佢哋嘅蘑菇湯好濃鬱完全唔落水去做嘅所以你飲落去係好濃烈嘅蘑菇味, 一個法國田螺蒸蛋啲蛋好滑, 帶子做到半生熟好鮮甜😁之後嗰個龍蝦又係好出色石頭魚龍蝦湯配嗰個龍蝦肉又係做到啱啱熟好鮮甜好好食,主菜係一個慢煮鱈魚同埋一個燒三黃雞,雖然唔係驚喜但係都係好好食😉甜品係橙酒梳乎厘配咗一個雪葩,梳乎厘用橙酒做真係好傳統亦都係好好味. 成餐飯每一樣嘢都好滿意👍
