To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前請客, 心想太湖都不會太差吧, 但...令我很沒面子.食物水準實在不差, 每碟都吃得津津有味, 唯份量太少, 我們叫六人餐, 但五個人吃也只僅夠飽.最差是服務人員, 叫的菜一次過全放上桌, 客人根本沒法子"趁熱食", 蒸魚要等到其他菜都冷了才上, 唉, 感覺像吃著一餐冷飯.服務人員, 還竟然在我們還沒吃完的時候, 就放上潮州茶, 感覺真的像在"趕客", 我們請客的實在很尷尬.最後草草吃過甜品便走, 以後不會再去!
