To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又到聖誕，又到聖誕… 每年年尾我最期待的便是一大班同事享受一餐美味富足的聖誕大餐，作為平日努力工作的慰勞。我見雜誌廣告的元氣壽司拼盤很豐富吸引，即提議外賣自取，喜歡Sushi的大家一致贊成～大滿足壽司盛，份量十足，八個人食都好飽肚，多達８種口味，豪華吸引。其中我最愛吃的三文魚腩，厚切肥美，鮮味十足，入口即化，但另一款三文魚Sushi則不夠肥美；第二最愛赤海蝦，蝦肉嫩滑，鮮甜味美，回味無窮；帆立貝清淡細嫩，口感豐富；長鰭三文魚及油甘魚沾上醬油，鹹酸中帶鮮甜味～派對卷物盛，多達６種口味，種類豐富，有炸蝦卷 / 芝士鰻魚卷 / 波士頓卷等等，適合只想吃熟食怕吃生冷野的同事。整體質優味美，水準甚高！幸運地，負責訂購的同事有元氣會員咭，及時訂購可享八折優惠，而更幸運的是上司請客，真是抵上加抵，大滿足！
