要同友人食牛一飯,唔一定要食西餐/日本菜,佢選擇黎呢間主打新加坡菜嘅餐館雖則話係新加坡菜,但望落亦有廣東菜食,照顧唔同客人口味設有卡位及圓枱,適合幾個至大班親友黎開餐,今晚可以有卡位坐,舒服寬敞,飲啖茶,食下小食,慢慢睇下有咩岩食先!未開始食飯時,先食呢客蒜香紅海蜇頭 ($75)作為前菜海蜇頭口感相當爽脆,浸於香蒜粒加醋汁當中,味道酸中帶甜,又夠清涼,整體效果相當好,好開人胃口呀!呢客薑蔥爆鱸魚片 ($108)就岩晒想食魚但又想啖啖肉嘅友人鱸魚片肉質都幾滑,配以大量薑蔥一齊炒,有助去走腥味之餘仲多一份惹味!平時湯水少,一有機會都想飲番碗湯,呢度有多款靚湯,呢煲係淮山杞子螺頭湯 ($178),原煲上用火爐保持熱度,唔怕飲到尾時變凍!  讚!湯清唔油膩,飲落味道充滿螺頭香味,熱辣辣好好飲,飲完一碗感覺舒服!睇下幾足料,鷄腳骨都煲到腍晒,咁啖湯點會唔正呢?!生日飯又點少得鷄呢?!  呢客金牌脆皮鷄 (半隻/$168)係牛一人話要食,半隻份量都幾對眼,仲要有埋炸蝦片伴碟,童年回憶返晒黎!燒鷄披上一身金黃色戰衣,皮炸至香脆又唔多肥膏,食多片都無咁罪惡; 而鷄肉都幾滑,配埋個燒鷄汁食,又確係好味喎
