To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講真，我今日試咗間日料店，真喺有啲出奇咁好味。佢哋間壽喜燒牛肉鍋簡直係爆燈推介🌟！肉片肥美滋味，同啲鮮甜的蔬菜混埋一齊，仲有啲日式粉絲吸曬湯汁，嗰種滑溜溜嘅口感喺口入面嚟個大爆炸，好過癮！至於啲壽司，都幾入味架，尤其係個蟹膏帶子，新鮮得黎又豐富，咬落去蟹膏味滿嘴，真係好正宗👍！但個赤蝦就少咗啲，無所謂啦，總體嚟講都算抵食。唐揚魷魚軟骨嗰個酥脆得嚟唔會太油，每一啖都炸得啱啱好，就算食幾多都唔會覺得膩。食完餸後，個人感覺呢家食店真係得，食物新鮮，選擇多，質素都算不錯，偶然想食番口日本味，呢度絕對係個好選擇🍣🍜！响這個嘈雜嘅城市裏面，發現咗一個街坊嘅寶藏日料店，下次我一定會再黎，又或者試吓啲新嘅菜色！

至於啲壽司，都幾入味架，尤其係個蟹膏帶子，新鮮得黎又豐富，咬落去蟹膏味滿嘴，真係好正宗👍！但個赤蝦就少咗啲，無所謂啦，總體嚟講都算抵食。唐揚魷魚軟骨嗰個酥脆得嚟唔會太油，每一啖都炸得啱啱好，就算食幾多都唔會覺得膩。

食完餸後，個人感覺呢家食店真係得，食物新鮮，選擇多，質素都算不錯，偶然想食番口日本味，呢度絕對係個好選擇🍣🍜！响這個嘈雜嘅城市裏面，發現咗一個街坊嘅寶藏日料店，下次我一定會再黎，又或者試吓啲新嘅菜色！
