久違的泰菜,遷就東涌朋友決定食鄰近北大嶼山醫院🏥的「金泰屋」,整體裝潢比較舊,主要得室外位置好似大排檔咁,用大風扇散熱。泰式拼盤:有素春卷,炸得夠脆、包裹着粉絲,黑木耳、蘸上泰式辣醬,熱辣辣一流。鳳爪沙律🥗竟然是係室溫,完全吾凍,似即撈起,但配菜夠塔配的。雞翼炸粉好厚,完全食緊粉漿,感覺是劣質普通雞翼。炸魚圈:普通街貨,正正常常。串燒豬肉+ 豬肉:呢個醃得有誠意!真係有碳燒風味,燒至邊位帶焦脆,雞肉醃料不會蓋過食材本身味道,豬肉帶有韌勁,不錯。青咖喱:咖喱底味正宗,但用上香港茄子🍆不是泰國圓款,感覺在地化左,無泰國茄子咁多汁水,用上雞胸肉都夠滑,一般,可以做得更好。蒜蓉包:呢個係全日VIP,法包烘得夠脆,又配有大量牛油🧈同蒜蓉,外脆內軟,香氣十足。鐵板香茅牛柳:滋滋聲上桌,可惜吾夠香茅味,但牛柳夠咬口,不錯,反而好重黑椒味。總結:論環境價錢都貴 味道還好不夠正宗將貨就價的感覺
