有朋友生日,隨意係openrice選了一間位於銅鑼灣又不是太貴的私房菜,提前兩天才訂枱,老闆報價$250一位10度菜。位置不太好找,沒有招牌,樓下寫著31-33號,走樓梯上3樓,亦沒有門牌,按鈴就是了!大確800尺的單位,榮幸地,我們6人是唯一的客人,開心到叫老闆開左枝sparkling wine $340! 型佬老闆係餐廳唯一既waiter and chef! 是日餐湯係忌廉西蘭花湯,好西蘭花!頭3樣都係凍既前菜,茄子,蕃茄同好特別既冰菜,大家都係第一次食,好surprise!之後係鵝肝芝士卷,外面脆,裡面軟林林,有鵝肝醬係裡面,我唔食鵝肝醬,liu開左,都覺得個卷好好味!超like!跟住係唔記得咩雞肉,好林啲汁好好味,啲肉中間插左好似露筍既物體,有薯蓉係底,好味!蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子,正常味道,特然黎個中式菜,總覺得同個環境,其他餸唔係咁夾。泰式炒蜆,個辣汁同泰國餐廳差唔多,幾野味,係份量少啲囖!之後隔左差唔多20分鐘先出Bloody Mary 汁意粉,辣辣地幾好味,老闆重話驚我地唔夠所以整多左少少!最後甜品係焦糖燉旦,本來平平冇其既甜品,但老闆加左爆炸糖,好有童年回憶,成件事好味晒!整
