To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得入元朗,原本想食果間餐廳無開,於是求其搵間食,見到這間冰室,睇出面餐牌D嘢也幾啱食,於是入去,想叫餐時,無人理,因為樓面得兩個人,其中一人忙住做外賣,另一人收錢、執枱、安排客入坐等,雖然舖頭唔太大,但得兩個人也太少了吧..最後成功叫了羅宋湯雞扒通、鐵板豬扒雞扒腸意粉餐、紅蔥醬油雞,羅宋湯幾好味,唔會過酸,大大碗,鐵板也份量充足,豬扒入味,但意粉比較乾,醬油雞,雞肉嫰滑,味道不錯,最後加了三碗腐竹雞蛋糖水,雖然份量不是很多,但有成隻蛋,同不太甜,整體而言成餐飯也ok.
